This is one of most exclusive residential areas of Paris. Villa Montmorency is at the end of the block. You are also 10 minutes away by metro from the Eiffel tower or saint Germain Des Pres, 15 minutes away from the Champs Elysees or 20 minutes away from the Louvre or Orsay Museum.
The apartment is located at the top 7th level (8th American) of a XX century building . It has a terrace (18 square meters) equipped with garden furniture which facilitates dining for 4 people and offering an Eiffel Tower view. The building is very secure and has an elevator.
The apartment consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet with basin, and 2 separate bedrooms with their own individual access. One bedroom has a double bed (140 cm by 200 cm or 56 inches by 80 inches) and the other bedroom has a pair of twin beds(each 90 cm by 200 cm or 36 inches by 80 inches). Both bedrooms provide their own privacy with doors.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned and is furnished with beautiful 1950's period rosewood furniture.
The apartment comes with free phone to 80 countries including North America and Australia, free Wi-Fi and free cable TV.
The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.
The area is very safe. There is a large range of food and specialty shops, cafes and restaurants. There is also a supermarket in the immediate neighborhood.

Amazing perfect location great for families
This apartment is perfectly located with easy walking access to the heart of Paris. Our family of four were very comfortable and walked everywhere – did not need to use metro at all. Beautiful area with grocery shop, bakery and restaurants at your door step. Olivier was very helpful and answered any questions promptly. My children are aged 8 and 10 years and loved walking around this beautiful neighbourhood that had a number of playgrounds and parks. Thank you Olivier for making our Paris trip truly memorable.
Property was clean and spacious!! The terrace was wonderful and the home is very updated.
We enjoyed our stay here, it was very comfortable for our family of four!!! Neighborhood was cute with stores and restaurants easily accessible. And we loved sitting out in the terrace at night watching the light show from the Eiffel Tower!! Would definitely recommend this apartment. Oh, and Oliver and Sam were great to deal with as well!

We (3 of us- grandma, granddaughter and her mom) recently had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful apartment. It actually was an upgrade, as our other reservation had fallen through; Olivier didn’t waste any time in finding us this alternative. It’s on the 7th floor (there’s an elevator), in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Fabulous balcony. Grocery shopping and restaurants as well as a Metro station close by. View of the Eiffel Tower from the balcony (particularly impressive at night). The apartment is well laid out, with WC separate from shower area. It’s clean, light, airy. Olivier met us upon arrival and oriented us to both the apartment and the area. We were somewhat challenged with the washing machine/dryer- it’s a much lengthier proposition than what we’re used to- but the apartment has everything one needs. We supplemented our eating out nicely with food from the Monoprix and local boulangeries/patisseries. It was lovely to be away from the crowds at the end of a busy day. Olivier responded immediately when we had (self-induced) issues with the convection oven; also, before our trip, he responded quickly to questions and concerns by email. Overall I was well-pleased with the apartment, the service and the price. I would highly recommend this apartment and would enjoy exploring others in the future.
Beautiful Apartment
Fabulous apartment in a great location. Everything needed to feel at home is in the neighborhood from a bio bakery to get croissants at sunrise to all types of restaurants, wine shops etc, etc. 2 metro lines are 5 minutes away and taxis were always available. We absolutely loved our week here and this will be our pied a terre in Paris in the future.
