Champs Elysees 1 – Studio
This fully equipped studio is a block away from the Champs Elysees, close to the Franklin Roosevelt metro station. It is located at the top 6th level (7th American) of a XIX century building with only courtyard and rooftop views and therefore offers full silence. It even provides a view of the Eiffel Tower. The building is very secure and has an elevator.
The studio consists of a main room with a Queen size bed ( 160 * 200 cm or 65 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with a large shower, toilets and washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are plenty of closets and a table for two.
The apartment comes with free phone to 80 countries including North America and Australia, free Wi-Fi, free cable TV and air conditioning.
The all-inclusive rental fee covers linens and towels.
The location is very convenient for touring Paris. It is within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) of the Champs Elysees , Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourd Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) away from the Eiffel Tower, Louvre. Franklin Roosevelt, the nearest metro station is on line 1 and 9.
The area is very safe. This is where most of the four-star hotels of Paris are located. There is a wide range of restaurants and a number of supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood.

This is a lovey flat! For being compact, it’s well designed and thoughtfully equipped.
Olivier is a wonderful host! He’s gone the extra mile to accommodate me with everything from construction noise, which was out of his control & no longer an issue, to helping me figure out luggage storage. He’s been quick to respond to questions and is extremely kind. Additionally, the apartment is warm & comfortable with a well-appreciated lift to this 6th floor. Being at the top of the building, it feels so inviting to come home to a quiet and cozy nest – perfect after a long day of walking in the December cold. I would definitely stay here again. Home base for the museums
My fiancee and I spent 4 days in Paris before a cruise out of Barcelona. Our goal was art museums and the most famous painters. We easily walked to the four we wanted to see from this great location. The apartment was clean, the access was easy, had every utensil we needed to prepare our meals, the bed comfy. It was perfect for us including a great view of Paris rooftops and even the Eiffel Tower at night. Yes, we would go back and recommend.
Perfect location in secure building
We loved our time here! The location is easily accessible to the Metro, restaurants, grocery store, boulangerie and/or a casual walk down the Champs Elysees. It is compact, but certainly had everything we needed such as a coffee pot (there were filters supplied), refrigerator for our cheese and pastries. The washing machine and laundry detergent were a plus in that we were able to bring fewer clothes and that allowed us more room in our suitcases to return to the states with the many treasures we found. When we had an issue, I called Olivier and he responded immediately taking care of our needs. Thank you for sharing your apartment as we loved having a comfortable place to return to after our days of exploring Paris – Au revoir et merci!
