This fully equipped one bedroom apartment is a block away from the Champs Elysees, close to the Franklin Roosevelt metro station. It is located on the 1st floor (2nd American) of a XIX century building with courtyard only view and therefore is quiet. The building is very secure and has an elevator. A full renovation has been completed on April 2016.
It consists of a living room with a couch for two and a table for four, a bedroom with a King size bed ( 180 * 200 cm or 72 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with large shower, toilets, basin, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washer/drier and a walk in closet.
Please be aware that this apartment is adjacent to Champs Elysees 2, another one bedroom apartment.

The all-inclusive weekly rental fee covers linens and towels.
The location is very convenient for touring Paris. It is within walking distance (less than 10 minutes) of the Champs Elysees (4 minutes exactly), Grand Palais, Tuileries Gardens, rue du Faubourd Saint Honore, Avenue Montaigne, Elysees Presidential Palace or Madeleine/Opera. It is a lovely walk (less than 30 minutes) or a short direct metro ride (less than 5 minutes) away from to the Eiffel Tower, Louvre. Franklin Roosevelt, the nearest metro station is on line 1 and 9.
The area is very safe. This is where most of the four-star hotels of Paris are located. There is a wide range of restaurants and a number of supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood.
