Haut Marais 2 – Studio
This fully equipped studio is one block away from le Marais at the Saint Sebastien Froissard metro station, line 8. It is located on the back side on the 2nd floor (3rd American) of a modern building with two elevators and has a garden view. The residential area is very safe, It is 25 square meters or around 250 square feet.
The studio consists of a main room with a full size comfortable Queen size bed ( 160 * 200 cm or 64 * 80 inches ), a bathroom with shower, toilets and basin, and a fully equipped kitchen. There are plenty of closets and a table for two. The studio is facing a garden and offers full silence (you can sleep with the windows open).
The apartment comes with free phone to 100 countries including North America and Australia, free Wi-Fi and free cable TV.
The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.
The location is very convenient for touring Paris. It is within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) of Le Marais, Bastille Square and Republique Square. You can then access metro hubs easily (Republique and Bastille) and go just about everywhere in Paris directly without changing lines, and you are only 15 minutes of walking away from the very center of Paris, Chatelet.
The area is trendy and residential. The building is located on the rue Amelot which is a tranquil street with cafes and restaurants.
Down the street there is a large supermarket (Carrefour Market).

Bed was very comfortable, shower was amazing, location convenient (we walked or took the metro everywhere!), really good restaurants close by, grocery store super close and having a kitchen and washer/dryer really convenient. Olivier was very kind to deal with and assisted us quickly when called upon.Quiet and comfortable little apartment facing an interior courtyard with plenty of restaurants close by. Lots of fresh, clean linens, plenty of towels AND a washing machine. Very conveniently located between two metro lines. The apartment sits on the edge of the Marais offering great food shopping (rue Bretagne) and excellent markets. Olivier, the owner, is a lovely man doing whatever he can to make your stay enjoyable. I actually wish I could buy this little place and live here 🙂 This well located apartment is situated in a modern apartment building in a non ‘touristy’ popular Parisian neighbourhood and is a 3 – 4 min walk away from a metro station. The apartment is within walking distance of some really nice restaurants, a theatre and interesting bars. The apartment itself is cosy, tidy and has all the amenities you require, the bed was very comfortable and I reluctantly got out of it each morning. The property manager Olivier is helpful and responded to all my emails promptly, from booking to check out it was a painless process. Would I recommend this apartment to a solo traveller like me? Yes, yes absolutely yes!
