This one bedroom apartment is located on the top (5th floor) of a XIX century building, a few steps away from the République Square. It has an elevator and all the amenities a traveler could be looking for. The living room holds a convertible sofa, which can accommodate two people, an LCD television set, and a large dining table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with both a traditional and a microwave oven, a four burner stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The bathroom includes a combined tub/shower and a washer/dryer. The bedroom has a hotel quality Queen size bed (160*200 cm or 64*80 inches). The apartment is fully air-conditioned.
In the living room, two large windows on a balcony facing west overlook the square, while the bedroom and kitchen windows face east, and have rooftop views.

The location is very convenient to explore Paris. It is on the northern edge of Le Marais. The nearest metro station is Filles du Calvaire on line 8. Republique, which is a main metro hub with direct access to lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11, is only 5 minutes away. Since Republique has so many metro lines, you can basically go anywhere in Paris directly without switching the metro. As an example, the Eiffel Tower, which is on the other side of Paris, is only twenty minutes away with line 9. And you can also walk to the very center of Paris, Le Châtelet, in 15 minutes.
The area is safe and residential. The oldest Paris open-air market, Le Marché des Enfants Rouges, which is open daily except on Mondays, is two blocks away.
There is a wide range of restaurants and a number of supermarkets in the immediate neighborhood and the trendy Rue de Bretagne is at your doorstep.

Excellent place
We (2 adults, 2 kids under 13) stayed here for a week at the end of July 2018, which was a very hot week in Paris. I tell you, coming home to that wonderful air conditioned place was just so nice after a day exploring Paris in 36C plus temperatures! Not to mention that the apartment is spacious, bright, airy, and quite nicely appointed. It’s easy to navigate from there with metro stops nearby, and lots of places to grab a bite nearby. And finally, Olivier is extremely responsive and helpful if you need anything. Highly recommend!

Perfect Parisian Haven
This is the second time that I have stayed at this property and I already can’t wait to stay there again. I wish my own apartment was as lovely as this one. The hosts are wonderful and you never have to worry about a thing. Close to three metro stops, fantastic restaurants, and all the great little boutiques in the neighborhood. There are two markets nearby where you can buy anything that you will need-from milk to snacks to wine. There is a balcony off of the living/dining space that is a great view of the street and neighborhood. The apartment is decorated nicely and is so welcoming. The bed is comfy and so is the couch!
Great apartment in a great location.
I loved my stay. here – would stay again the next time I am in Paris. It was convenient to transportation. There’s tons of places to eat and shop within walking distance. The only negative I would mention is that the “WC” where the toilet is could use some upgrading. Other than that I had a great time and the host met me within ten minutes of my arrival. Everything in the apartment works. Very convenient to have a washer/dryer. Loved it!
