This luxurious apartment is located a few steps away from the Bastille Square in a little quiet street. Bastille is a vibrant neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants, theaters, galleries, etc. You are also in Le Marais, with museums, luxury shopping and the traditional selection of food shops you can find in a French living area.
There is a metro hub at Bastille which gives you access to lines 1 5 and 8.
This spacious and well illuminated 800 square feet (80 square meters) apartment is in a XIX century building with elevator on the 5th floor (6th American), with windows opening to the west on a large balcony on the rue Jacques Coeur street. The kitchen has its windows open to the east so that the apartment can be bathed in sunshine all day long.
It consists of one living room with two windows, with a couch, armchairs and dining table for 4 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washer/drier, a newly renovated bathroom with a large Italian shower, a separate toilet, a bedroom with Queen size bed and a second bedroom with a very large single bed. There is a wardrobe in each bedroom and one in the living room.
This apartment is ideal for three people looking for a comfortable and truly Parisian experience in central Paris. It is tastefully decorated with French antiques and provides a cozy atmosphere.
The apartment comes with free phone to 100 countries including North America and Australia, free Wi-Fi and free cable.
The all-inclusive rental fee covers high quality linens and towels. We ask for a mandatory 2 hours of cleaning every 2 weeks for any stay exceeding 3 weeks (30 euro).

Our family enjoyed our stay in this spacious and nicely decorated apartment. Neighborhood is quite and the building secure. There are many great restaurants and fun shops within walking distance. It was really great o have the shower separate from the toilet and finding a rental with two twin beds in the second bedroom can be a challenge. The only challenge is the distance from most of the main attractions for first time visitors. That said we would stay here again on our next trip to Paris. Olivier was attentive and helpful in getting us settled.

As indicated the apartment is on the upper floor of a 10 story building. It is located very near the St, Martin canal and the Metro stop is at the end of the street. A wonderful farmers market occurs twice a week near the canal. It is very convenient for exploring the Marais and the older, central part of Paris. The apartment is clean and functional and even has AC for those warmer days. We used it minimally in September. The balcony is a bonus with a great view overlooking the neighborhood. The manager is very responsive. GW

This is the second time that we have rented from this property manager. Both times we were very happy with the apartments. This is an older but VERY well maintained building on a very quiet street. The Metro was very easy to get to. Views of the Eiffel Tower are not possible but the general Paris skyline was fun to see. We would stay here again.
