Marais 5 – Studio
This fully equipped studio is centrally located on a little quiet street called rue Pecquay in the middle of le Marais. You are 2 blocks away from the Pompidou Center which is a major modern art museum. There is a vast selection of metro stations in the neighborhood including the main les Halles/Chatelet Metro Hub and Hotel de Ville.
The studio is on the top 4th floor of a XIX century building without elevator . It opens on a pretty courtyard and is therefore away from street noise.
The studio is equipped with a sofa bed which opens into a comfortable double bed, sufficient storing spaces for long stays including a low ceiling attic reachable with a ladder, full bathroom with shower and a kitchen with a 2 burner stove, microwave , half fridge, expresso machine, kettlle and toaster and a table with stools.
The apartment comes with fiber wifi , full linen and towels, kitchen equipement and a vacuum cleaner.
Le Marais is one of the most charming areas of Paris, a XVII century old district with plenty of 'hotels particulars' (mansions), gardens, museums, luxury shops, galleries and the traditional selection of food shops you can find in a French living area.
