This fully equipped one bedroom is in the one of most desirable areas to live in Paris, the Oberkampf area. Public transportation is dense with 5 metro lines within walking distance. Around the corner you will find the Popincourt Market which is a very active open air market open every Tuesday and Friday mornings. There are 5 excellent bakers in the immediate neighborhood (even for Parisian standards it is outstanding), one of the best value-for-money mid priced restaurants, le Villaret, and an amazing collection of restaurants and cafes nearby. two great butchers and, for the convenience of all, 3 large supermakets.
The renovation was completed in 2014 with high quality materials such as Carrare marble. The apartment consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher, a full size fridge, a microwave oven and a convection oven) , a table for 2 and a desk with shelves and plenty of cabinets, a bedroom with a very comfortable quality hotel Queen size bed ( 160*200 cm ) and a very large closet. The bathroom has a basin, a large shower, a toilet, a washer and a separate drier. There is a wall mounted a/c unit to top it all off.
The studio is located on the back of an early XIX century building on the 2nd floor (3rd American) and therefore is away from street noise. You can sleep with the windows open.
The apartment comes with free phone to 100 countries including North America and Australia, free Wi-Fi, free cable TV, and you wont need to pack a multi outlet power bar since there are about 20 outlets at your disposal.
The all-inclusive rental fee covers quality linens and towels.
The location is very convenient for touring Paris. It is within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) of Le Marais, Bastille Square and Republique Square. You can then access metro hubs easily (Republique and Bastille) and get just about everywhere in Paris directly without changing lines, and you are only 15 minutes of walking distance away from the very center of Paris, Chatelet.

The apartment in Trois Bornes is very well equipped and comfortable for a few days and longer stays. Within a short walk there is a number of supermarkets, boulangeries, restaurants and the local market at Rue Voltaire. Olivier is available for local information and always helpful. We look forward to a return visit.
I had a wonderful stay at Olivier’s apartment rue des Trois Bornes last February. This apartment fully met my expectations in terms of facilities. It was very clean, good size, and well-equipped. It is very well located close to the Marais and Republique, The immediate neighborhood is also quite authentic and lovely. Olivier was a great host and was easily available if I needed anything. Check in and out went smoothly. I highly recommend this apartment.
