Oberkampf 2 – Studio
This fully equipped studio is in one of the most desirable areas to live in Paris, the Oberkampf area. Public transportation is dense with 5 metro lines within walking distance. Around the corner you will find the Popincourt market which is a very active open air market, open every Tuesday and Friday mornings. There are 3 excellent bakers in the same block (even for Parisian standards it is outstanding), one the best value-for-money mid priced restaurant Le Villaret 2 buldings away, an amazing collection of restaurants and cafes nearby, a great butcher and, for the convenience of all, a large supermaket.
The renovation was completed in September 2014 with high quality materials such as Carrare marble. The studio consists of a main room with a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and a micro wave oven), a table for 2, a very comfortable quality hotel Queen size bed ( 160*200 cm ) and a very large closet. The bathroom has a basin, a large shower, a toilet, a washer and a separate drier. There is a wall mounted a/c unit to top it all off.
The studio is positioned on the back of a late XIX century building at the 2nd floor (3rd american) with elevator and therefore is away from street noise. You can sleep with the windows open.
The apartment comes with free phone to 100 countries including North America and Australia, free Wi-Fi, free cable TV and you wont need to pack a multi outlet power bar since there are about 20 outlets at your disposal.
The all-inclusive weekly rental fee covers quality linens and towels.
The location is very convenient for touring Paris. It is within walking distance (less than 5 minutes) to Le Marais, Bastille Square and Republique Square. You can then access metro hubs easily (Republique and Bastille) and get just about everywhere in Paris directly without changing metro lines, and you are only 15 minutes of walking distance away from the very center of Paris, Chatelet.

La casa è bellissima infatti ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente anche per la posizione, è dotata di tutti i confort, pulita e vicino alla metro che passa ogni 2-3 minuti ed è collegata benissimo con tutta Parigi.
L’unica cosa che ci ha lasciato a desiderare è il proprietario disponibile ma molto freddo tanto che non si è nemmeno presentato al nostro arrivo ma ci ha dato le chiavi dell’appartamento e ci ha illustrato come funzionassero le varie cose e il giorno in cui ce ne siamo andati ci ha sbattuto il portone in faccia. Nonostante tutto ci ritornerei.
Nous avons passés un séjour très agréable à Paris grâce à ce beau petit appartement suffisamment confortable pour une semaine d’escapade dans la capitale française . Très bien centré avec toutes les commodités nécessaire.
Ótima localização, próximo a todas as comodidades. Metro, supermercados, padarias, etc. Destaque especial para a feira, que ocorre toda terça e sexta. Ótimos produtos!!

This apartment is clean and efficient. Has all you need to live comfortably. The kitchen has all the utensils you need – and the washer and dryer work very well. The bathroom is a good size and there is plenty of hot water with really good pressure. It is a very quiet building – slept great. The neighborhood is wonderful. A great bakery called Landemaine just down the street. Some really nice restaurants and near at least 3 different metro stations. We would stay there again.
L’appartement était vraiment bien: bien équipé,wifi gratuit, clim fort appréciée en raison de la canicule. Nous y avons séjourné 10 jours. Beau quartier avec commerces de proximité. Excellent emplacement. Pour l’accueil, on repassera. À notre arrivée, le gérant Olivier (avec qui nous avions eu pourtant d’excellentes communications par email) ne semblait pas nous attendre! Au téléphone, il dit ne pas avoir les clés. Son ton n’a rien d’accueillant. Il arrive toutefois rapidement. Alors que l’on demande comment fonctionne l’ascenseur, il s’empresse de nous dire que s’il brise, nous devrons payer la note de 150€. Comme mot de bienvenu, on repassera. En entrant, il constate qu’il y a du linge mouillé dans le sèche-linge et que le drain de douche est bouché. Il s’est tout de même empressé d’y mettre un produit. Après son départ, nous trouvons des assiettes rangées qui sont sales. L’équipe du ménage avait tourné les coins ronds et le gérant avait peut-être besoin de vacances. Malgré cet accueil bâclé, nous avons tout de même fait un agréable séjour parisien. Marie-Josée et Robert
