Terms and conditions

We hope to provide you with an unforgettable experience in Paris. Our team works hard to make sure all your expectations are met, however there are certain terms and conditions that need to be respected for your stay to go over smoothly.

Payment and confirmation

All bookings will be confirmed once the 25 per cent down payment is received and confirmed. The balance and the refundable deposit can be paid at check-in or right before your arrival at the apartment. Full payment needs to be done at check in.

Cancellation and refund

In case of cancellation we refund the net down payment received if we manage to re-rent for your dates. If cancellation takes place less than a week ahead of arrival, then full payment is due. If we re-rent partially for your dates the refund is prorated.

Fees

All payment fees ( Paypal fees, wire transfer fees etc ) need to be covered by the tenant.

Check in

Check in takes place directly at the apartment.  Check in time is on your contract and on the booking description. If you decide to check in early ( before check in time ) and assuming this is possible ( no check out the same day ) there is an additional 40 euro fee. If the apartment is rented the night before, we can check you in starting 10 am , give you the keys and take your luggage but we ask you to leave the apartment until cleaning is finished. In these special circumstances there is no fee for early check in. If you check in after 9 pm for whichever reason, there is a 40 euro late check in fee.

Check out

Check out time is 10 am for all our apartments. It can be flexible with previous agreement with the property manager if we don’t have an arrival the same day. This can only be confirmed at the last minute since we can always have a last minute booking.

Refundable deposit

The refundable deposit is refunded in the following days after your departure. In case something happens during your stay, whether it being your responsibility or not, we ask that you let us know immediately.

Occupancy

All apartments are strictly non smoking. No parties are allowed. Guests cannot use the apartment address for their permanent address in Paris or to receive mail, unless they have written authorization from the property manager.
